Bug Fixes

  • Awards
    • An issue that allowed the Lifesaving and Meritorious Action Award to be entered by a unit has been fixed. The Lifesaving and Meritorious Action Award can only be entered by Councils.
  • Calendar
    • An issue that caused all unit leaders to be added to sub-unit calendar events when All Leaders was selected has been fixed. Only sub-unit leaders will be included going forward.
  • Merit Badges
    • An issue preventing Small-Boat Sailing Merit Badge progress from uploading has been fixed.
  • Merit Badge Counselors
    • A duplicate Add Youth link on the MBC Dashboard has been removed.
    • The error message displayed when a Merit Badge Counselor cannot be found has been changed from “Person does not have a previous Person Position record - person: nnnnnn” to “Person does not have current Merit Badge Counselor Registration.”
  • Merit Badge Page
    • An issue that caused a Scout’s Merit Badge Page to redirect to the Scout’s Profile page upon refresh has been fixed.
  • Other Program Advancement
    • Make the Other Program Advancement screen for Cub Scout advancement that was not approved prior to moving to a troop consistent with other advancement screens.
  • Payment Log
    • An issue that caused the Payment Log roster to be blank for some users who should have seen it has been fixed.
    • An issue that caused the sender of a balance message from Payment Log to receive a copy of the message even when the Sender Copy option was not selected has been fixed.
  • Profile
    • An issue that caused an error when a parent, who is also a Merit Badge Counselor, has the parent role selected in the upper right corner, is viewing their profile page and clicks on the edit pencil next to Merit Badges I’m Counselling has been fixed.
    • An issue that prevented saving of Swimming Classification Date has been fixed.
  • Reports
    • An issue that prevented the unit Merit Badge In Progress report from saving the list of Scouts to report upon has been fixed.

New Features

  • Payment Log
    • Allow individuals to be selected to receive balance messages from Payment Log. Previously the only selection was based on balance.
