Bug Fixes

• Calendars
  • An issue that prevented Parents from seeing Den calendars has been fixed.
  • An issue that caused events for expired units to appear on the calendar has been fixed.
  • An issue that caused expired units to remain in the Calendar selection drop down menu and My Calendars list has been fixed.
• Date Joined - Council Admins only
  • An issue that prevented Council Admins from adding a Date Joined to a Scout’s profile has been fixed.
• Merit Badges
  • An issue that caused an error when clicking on a Merit Badge link from a Scout’s Merit Badge Counselor List has been fixed.
  • An issue that prevented some Merit Badge requirements from being updated, especially by Merit Badge Counselors, has been fixed.
• Merit Badge Counselor Assignment
  • An issue that prevented Merit Badge Counselor Assignments from being removed from certain Scouts has been fixed.
  • An issue that returned the wrong city for some Merit Badge Counselors has been fixed. Note: there may be a 24 hour lag in showing a new city when a MBC’s address is updated by any system.
• Scouts BSA Ranks
  • It was discovered that for some Scouts, a Board of Review date was present for a rank when the previous rank was not complete, for example Star had a BOR date when First Class was not complete. These bad dates caused issues when trying to update earlier ranks. Any Board of Review date for a rank where the previous rank was not complete has been removed.

New Features

• Calendar & Activities

  • When creating an activity (Camping, Hiking, Service) from a completed calendar event, the attendee list will be built as follows:
    • If attendance was taken, those who attended are included
    • If attendance was not taken, those who RSVPed Yes are included
    • If RSVP is not enabled, everyone invited is included.

• Payment Log & Messaging

  • The ability to send Payment Log balances via messages has been added to the Unit Payment Log screen.
