I have a leader that shows in my.scouting.org with an expiration on 1/2027, they also show in Scoutbook, but not in Scoutbook Plus roster (I have no filters set). They do show in the SB+ Permission Manager

This user has an open leadership position as crew Vice President, which I think is a youth position.
@Tom_Elkins Can you check again? You might need to do a hard page reload in Scoutbook Plus.
No go (Ctrl+Shift+R), even closed browser and tried again, still does not appear in SB+.

@Tom_Elkins Try putting an end date on the Calendar Editor leadership position in Scoutbook (legacy).It started in 2024, so I think it is a youth position (not one of the new permissions).
I’m unable to save the end date.
Tried a past date as well as today.
went into SB+ Perm manager and removed calendar permissions and went back, still same thing. I can try again tomorrow as the SB+ Perm change said should be reflected in 24hrs.
I was able to end it.
Could you try again in Scoutbook Plus? You might need to do a hard page reload on the Roster screen.
So he was still not listed yesterday. I did a hard refresh, then even cleared my cache. I waited until today, and he is now showing on the roster in SB+
I noticed SB has another of my young but adult leaders but is also missing from SB+.
I also can’t remove his calendar editor permissions, if that is the issue that cause the previous problem. Can someone close out that position/permission for: Scout ID: 122921899 SB ID: 834237
@Tom_Elkins are they missing from roster or just permission manager?
I have ended the Calendar Editor position for this user.
That leader now shows up as well.
