Leader not showing in SB+

I need help resolving a leader issue in my.scouting.org.

They showed in SB-classic but were marked as not in the official roster, SB+ and my.scouting.org showed them only as a parent. They were showing as having a Leader postion in classic but I added an end date for yesterday and now he only shows as a parent. Can someone sync their ID, 12621344.

If that doesn’t work I am going to see if they can modify an existing leaders position to remove the end date or to reapply to the Troop.
