Strange notice today while onboarding New Den Leader: She uses Mac Book and SB+ looks just like when I open it on my web browser on phone. Is there a way to change this to the way a PC user sees it?

It sounds like her browser window is too narrow. Try making it wider.
Also, I always use Chrome for Scoutbook on my Macbook. I never use Safari.
@AmyPosey - it is beyond any doubt how big her browser window is. This is not a bug but very easily reproduced on your computer by taking the browser window and reducing the width.
My normal window size:
compressed window: same browser session
