Messaging feature needs ability to create saved mailing lists. Every time I message the 21 contacts attending my camping trip, I must reselect them from my available contacts.

The user written and supported Feature Assistant Extension for Chrome and Firefox adds support for mailing lists and can send e-mail based on event RSVP status.
There is an item in the backlog to add this capability to Scoutbook but at this time we do not know if or when it will be scheduled.

This feature needs to be moved to #1. Communication with Scouts and parents is our greatest challenge here and we are managing google alias’ and Scoutbook profiles and spreadsheets of what data is where.
