- Merit Badge Counselor Search
- The default value in the Council/District field has been updated to the Council of the member doing the search.
- An issue that caused some of the Council/District search options to be missing has been fixed.
- An issue that caused the MB Counselors link to appear for members without permission to search has been fixed. Only members able to search for MBCs will see the link
New Features
- Merit Badge Counselor Editing
- Merit Badge Counselors outside the United States can only have their Merit Badge assignments edited in Registrar Tools.
- Merit Badge Counselor assignment to merit badges is only enabled for those with permissions to edit and when the Council/District search is set to Council for Council registered MBCs or District for District registered MBCs
