MB completions missing?

I have a Scout that says she is missing completions that were previously in Scoutbook. She said the MB was about 50% complete on Saturday but it’s currently showing 0%. It’s my daughter and she’s pretty organized but I have no way to know if anything was actually there previously. I know she has worked on the MB with the MBC, but don’t know that the MBC ever approved anything in SB.

The signoffs were done by a MBC that is no longer around much so if anything can be verified as previously approved, it’d make life much easier. Is it possible records were somehow deleted or hidden?

@CaseySchultz1- where are you looking at the mb. I suspect the version is the issue

I see no past entries - unless the Scout or a leader went in and deleted the MB in Legacy - that is the only way MB data disappears

@CaseySchultz1 Check other version years for the merit badge.

@CaseySchultz1 actually - it says there are completed requirements under the 2023 version

HI, I am not seeing that this was resolved. I am seeing the same issue with my son. Now when I go in as a MBC for another youth I tried printing and there is no signature of mine either.

Yep, it shows at 86% complete now. It was definitely 0% the other day though. Weird. I guess it’s resolved now though. Thanks, haha?

Try a refresh by going into the MB and opening up the version that approvals were done on. It showed 0% for me when I just opened it but refreshed to 86%
