I attended the Scouting University hosted by the West Tennessee Area Council on Saturday, March 4, 2023. When attending a Scoutbook session, I spoke to one of the Council District Executive. Only a few troops didn’t have issues with Scoutbook after March 1. On March 7, I was added back into Scoutbook but I am not listed as a specific merit badge counselor.I was able to speak to the district’s Scoutbook supervisor on Wednesday, March 29. I re-sent the merit badge areas to the** **district’s Scoutbook supervisor. Finally, I received notification that a scout wanted to connect with me. I logged into Scoutbook and my MBC dashboard was there. I click on another section of Scoutbook. Then, when I returned to where my MBC dashboard, it has disappeared. Is there anything that I can do to get my MBC dashboard back?
