We have a scout that has decided to come back after being out of scouts for over a year, maybe closer to 2 years. when he registered again, they gave him a 2nd BSA #. What do I need to do to merge the accounts. His records will be coming from Chief Seattle Council and moving to Oregon Trail Council.
His old BSA # is 131866434 and the new number BSA # is 137293495. Thank you for any help.
