Need to merge two SB accts for same child

We have a Mom that could not remember or recover her my.scouting account to access her Scout for renewal. So she went through BeAScout and created new member ID. All but her most recent Cub Scout data is on the old number.

I contacted Council to merge the 2 member IDs but the response was that they could not because the old one expired& we need to use the new number.

Can you merge the 2 SB ID# so her record will be consolidated,please?

New SB# is 14096948

Old SB# is 13018305

New BSA ID 141404369

Old BSA ID 140125967

@VivianNichol there is no merging BSA #s there is only managing them. SB Users can be merged. Let me take a look at this
