Merge Two Youth MIDs

I have a returning scout who skipped his Bear year. When they hit my roster this year they showed up as a brand new scout with a typo in his name. Council fixed the typo but was unable to merge the MIDs. I would like to merge his new MID with his older MID so his previous awards show up. Is this possible?

New MID: 141691039

Old MID: 140672992

Worst case scenario: transfer paid membership to old MID 140672992 and deactivate new MID 141691039. We haven’t added any completed requirements this year.

Member ID numbers cannot be merged, they can only be managed (Manage Member ID). Scoutbook accounts (userIDs) can be merged.

I will take a look.

The Council can move his new registration to his old MID so that all of his memberships appear under one MID but as Jennifer said, they cannot remove the new MID completely.

@ThomasCline I have merged the Scout’s Scoutbook accounts.
