I noticed all of my custom reports across all my units are missing.

There are multiple issues with merging IDs. Most likely the system didn’t merge your SB IDs properly. We will investigate.

The developers have your case and are investigating.
One thing I noticed when I was looking at this is you are registered as a Merit Badge Counselor in 6 councils. This is not needed as any MBC registered anywhere in Scouting America can work with any Scout in any council.
@edavignon that is correct.
Some Councils limit you to teaching 8-10 MB, in an effort to serve more Scouts I am registered in 7 Councils.
@edavignon I also noticed I am not getting any SB+ emails, but it works to send them.
