Hi Scoutbook Admin/Support Folks,

I’m the registrar for Cub Scout Pack 31 in Granite Bay, California. I have a parent with two Scoutbook IDs that need to be merged. His original ID information is below 12928939 in the Golden Gate Area Council. His new ID is 14784021 in the Golden Empire Council.

If I’m able to do this on my end, I wasn’t able to figure it out. I think it needs to be done by you folks.

@ColinWood that is fixed in Scoutbook - user needs to use username to log in not email - this user has no DOB in your AKELA
