Duplicate accounts need merging

Good evening,

Ive got another leader that has moved councils and has ended up with multiple (at least three) disjointed accounts. He has tried the manage-member-id tool but they dont come up to add and subsequently set to primary.

And at least one more that i dont have a number for.

@JasonRoma the numbers do not match to one person - on the second # I did find dupe users and fixed those

Weird, I could have sworn i found that number from one of his screens. Your merge has fixed the issues.
