Merit Badge Completion Report timing out

Hello,

I keep trying to run a Merit Badge Completion report for our whole troop, and it keeps timing out. Has anyone else run into this?

@RuchiMessick - what report is that and where are you running it from ?

Using the custom report builder designer, I created my own report with the following parameters:

-Show %complete

-Show Empty Requirements

-Show merit badge and include only scouts who have started but not completed selected badge

Sort is by patrol

Whenever I click “run”, I receive the following (after 1 minute):

This page isn’t working

reportspd.scouting.org took too long to respond.

HTTP ERROR 504

@RuchiMessick do you see a REF# at the bottom?

Unfortunately, no. It’s on the new scoutbook.

It is still there - I would simply go in and modify the report and run it - then maybe save it again

Hi Donovan, Thanks for your note. I’ve tried several times, modified, saved, etc. Still no luck.

@RuchiMessick - how about one of these already canned reports

Or delete the report and rebuild it

I’ve deleted and rebuilt it. I’ve also tried the canned report - but also it timed out.

@RuchiMessick - how many scouts are in the unit?

Do you see an REF # on the screen?

Hello Stephen there are over 60. Do you think there’s a limit for the report?

Unfortunately no. What are you thinking might be the issue? Have you seen this before?

@RuchiMessick try running for like 10 scouts

Thanks @DonovanMcNeil - that might be the issue. I ran it by patrol and that seemed to work. Thanks for your help!
