Merit Badge Counselor page wont open

I am a new Merit Badge counselor and got my first scout to work with but when I try to click on notifications on my scoutbook profile I get a 404 error page. I was able to access the add youth page last week but now I can’t even get there. Any help would be appreciated!

@JosephNoland - can you outline the steps that brought you to the 403 - forbidden

From Scoutbook plus profile page once I scroll down to my merit badge counselor window and click on the notification bell with counseled youth.

@JosephNoland - ah you are doing this on mobile. Let me try on my phone to see if i get the same result.

I tested on my phone and it worked. Can you clear the app cache

Actually someone pointed out the solution. I was not in my merit badge counselor profile. I was in my parent one. Yay for simple solutions. Thank you for the help!

Thanks for the clarification. I have reproduced this issue and reported it to the developers.
