Scoutbook Plus tells me I (scoutmaster) have a merit badge to approve:
Yet, when I click on that link, there are no merit badges listed for me to approve. What do I do?
I have the same issue (as Unit Advancement Coordinator), my count of MBs to approve is always 2 more than visible.
I have seen this as a cache issue before (not sure now) - have you tried an incognito window?
I cleared the cashe; tried an incognito window; no change. Still have a ‘needs approval’ merit badge, but no merit badge is to be found.
OK it is mostly a known issue - if a unit leader used Legacy to enter an approved MB for a scout after the flip to SB+ - that will mess things up too
Thanks, although I suspect a different issue as at least in my case, the extra MBs listed in SB+ goes back many months (6+). Previously I was never able to locate the underlying MBs in SB or SB+. If you want to pass this on to the development team: FWIW I see in the advancementDashboard JSON request that the completed.meritBadges is always 2 more than expected (currently 2, when should be 0).
There is a known issue with the counts.
