Right now Requirement 5b is listed before 5a in Scoutbook.
Also, while not a Scoutbook bug, how can one earn the MoP base award if you need to earn requirement 5a (“Wear your newly earned Messengers of Peace ring on your uniform. Make sure to tell anyone who asks about the ring about your Messengers of Peace Service Project”) and you can’t earn requirement 5a until you get the ring which you will get once you earn the MoP (Infinite Loop)?
