I am the cubmaster for my pack I signed in to put a scout in a den. Scoutbook legacy has all my dens and all scouts on my roster. As soon as I switched to scoutbook plus to add a scout to a den it shows an empty roster why is that. Now I cannot move the scout to his proper den or do anything in scoutbook plus.
Check your display settings/filters on the roster. I suspect that you have one or more of the Renewal Status options turned off.

@CaseyAchord on Roster - top horizontal grey bar - go far right to Filters > there click RESET FILTERS - that should solve it

Happened to me also. Reset filters worked! Thanks
How do you reset filters on the mobile app? I can’t find that option. It’s work great on a computer browser though.

If you select all of the renewal status options, everyone reappears.
