Missing MB to Approve

Today I noticed I had a red dot on the Advancements tab on the Roster page. As Advancement Chair, I watch these, of course. I clicked on the Advancements tab and although no red dot was present on the To Approve tab, I cliked on it and there is a Red “1” next to the Merit Badges section title, but no records are displayed to approve. I had the CC check and he sees the same thing. Here’s a screenshot:

Any ideas?

I think there was another thread that indicated issues with those alert numbers for the approvals, but I can’t recall if it was a specific context or just a general issue (and naturally can’t find the relevant thread now).
