I have two scouts that have dissappeared from my roster! As some back story: The scouts were suspended for a brief amount of time. When they were unsuspended, the did pop back into scoutbook for about a week, but when the merit badge councilor migration happened, they fell off. They DO appear in my.scouting roster, but not scoutbook plus!
@JessicaGraves first in SB+ - go to Roster > Filter > Click RESET Filters no matter what it says.
If still not there post the Member #s (no names) and we can look
