Scouts on official roster but missing from Scoutbook

I am the Cubmaster. I have two AoL scouts who are on the official roster at My.Scouting.org but have suddenly disappeared from ScoutBook and ScoutBook+.

Both had recently renewed their memberships and our Pack recently recharted. These scouts are very active in the den and have been to our den meeting this past week. I have no indication that they’d transfer out of the pack.

@TimAbbott OK - I setup an overnight sync for both of these accounts

@DonovanMcNeil we had the same issue with a newly renewed AOL who is also on the roster but now disappeared from Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus.

@heatherknueven1 ok I set up an overnight sync to bring back into pack - you will need to add to den when they appear

We have this same issue with the following Scouts:

I went into their memberships and removed the end date from their den membership which “fixes” them but we did this with one of the Scouts yesterday and they were out of Scoutbook/Scoutbook Plus today like the others.
