Hello! One of my scouts has disappeared from our troop’s SB+ roster, but he is still listed in our my.scouting.org roster. ID# 141294722. He should be primary in Troop 79 and multiple to Crew 79.

Have you tried resetting the filters on the roster in SB+? I’ve had scouts apparently “disappear” on occasion, and resetting the roster filters (even though they already look OK) often makes them reappear.
The SUAC volunteers will be able to provide more insight in case there’s something else going on.
That’s a good thought, I’ve also had that happen. But unfortunately that didn’t make the missing scout reappear this time.
I have started a position sync. Check back tomorrow morning.

@ZuleykaColon - there is no need to look at or do anything in legacy. Have you tries to reset the roster view in scoutbook plus ?
@ZuleykaColon on Roster - under Filter - do you have the 18+ checked on?
I found an extra membership in Scoutbook Plus which should not have been there. I have closed it to avoid issues.
Make sure on the roster filter you have Youth Participants selected.
Yes, i have checked and I do. I have other unit participants that are 18+ and i see them in my roster.

Hi!. Only checked because i read another user had the same problem as me but could see the scout in Legacy… So I just wanted to check that out…
Have you checked since I removed the “bad” position? It may take an overnight sync to resolve.

@ZuleykaColon it could also be - the USR registration is in a Renewal status - council might need to have it flat out deleted
