I have two scouts that I do not see on my scoutbook roster. Please advise on how to add, they have earned some MBs and trying to give them credit and purchase.

@arthurschaerdel neither of those scouts has been registered in over 1 year. Check my.scouting.org roster as a key 3 - that is the official roster

I opened Scout Book Plus this morning, and my entire roster was gone. I have check filters, closed and reopened, but nothing.
@RobertBeamon did you open filters and click the RESET FILTERS button?
