Multiple Member ID, neither on SB

Hi
Scout MID 14796994 parent failed to renew this number, instead created new MID - 141123365.
New MID shows on My.Scouting roster, was in SB. Now has dropped from SB. In VST, new MID has no record in SB. Old MID has SB record, but shows expired.

Tried to change MID in Scoutbook in VST, but got told new MID is in another council.

Help?
