We have several adults and youth showing with a different MID in Scoutbook than in my.scouting. Is there a way that these can be amended/merged on the SB side to reflect the correct MID?

@SarahNorman please do not post full names. I will look at these but in your situation I think user can solve it themself with - log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials

These two are multiples with a different Council, which is why I am guessing there was a switch in their primary at some point.

I am trying to figure something out - a test would be have one of the switch Primary MID (in instructions sent at beginning) then log into Scoutbook - I am curious if that will reset MID in SB
