My Scouting Online Betty Bot, An Error occured!

Recently trying to pull up legacy data for BSA training records, and keep getting an Error message: An error occured! You are sending requests at an excessive rate". I cleared history, cashe, and reopened Chrome, but Online Betty will not repond? Anyone else having problems today?

Yeah it just seems like Betty is broke - you can tell council to send in a ticket but I bet there are a ton already entered

@JamesKing3 Not sure what you mean by “legacy data”, but the “Betty” chatbot does appear to be having problems.

I would recommend asking your local council to submit a help ticket to National.
