Whoops! Error after clicking on a scout name in the roster

When I click on a scout’s name, I get the error:

>> Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.

>> Please go to https://discussions.scouting.org/c/scoutbook/bugs to report this issue.

If I click on a different scout, their record opens successfully. GT8.

@DavidIsaac1 what platform are you using - Legacy Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting.org) or Scoutbook +? Unless it is MBC Work SB+ needs to be used. If MBC work then use Legacy, but do not use Your Connections - use the top left area of My Dashboard “My Merit badge Counseling.
