Need help merging an adult account please

I have an adult who just became an Asst. Den Leader and now he has duplicate accounts. I’ve seen others successfully help merge account for folks, so I am hoping that someone can help me to merge these for our leader:

BSA ID / User ID for the new account:
13514215 / 10649253

BSA ID / User ID for the new account:
136474710 / 10348851
