Need to Merge accounts or disconnect sso from account

I discovered I have two scoutbook accounts. One is attached to my https://my.scouting.org with SSO and the other one I use and has all my units, scouts and training. legacy web tools > manage member ID gives me an error. Not sure what to do next.

can you log in to the one that has your units? If so login there then go to My Account and use Switch SSO - that should fix it

I am able to login into both accounts. Thanks for your help. I feel it is fixed now.
What I did while logged into the account with all my units and stuff. Clicked on My Account and use Switch SSO. I use my login credentials for my other account attached to my.scouting.org and now they are merged.
