I have two logins for Scoutbook. I have requested them to be merged more than a year ago, but it never was fixed. I saw on one of other forums that you could merge them by switching the SSO on the account. I tried to do that but it won’t allow me to change it. I can delete my password and username but not the number. How can I fix this? I am so frustrated.
The tools Member Care uses to merge IDs are less than a year old. Please send another request to email@example.com with name, BSA#, council and unit and any other information you have to identify the accounts. Ask that they search for and merge your accounts.
