Need to merge my 2 accounts

When I log in, I see a message that says

Warning, another user is using the same e-mail address. If this is unexpected, contact your local council or post to the Using Scoutbook Forum.

My BSA Member ID is 14370832. I don’t know about the other account. Can they be merged? Thank you.
