Message - Warning, another user is using the same e-mail address

I’m receiving this message when I log into Scoutbook, probably because I had a Scoutbook account several years ago. I don’t see a way to merge them, please let me know if there is something I need to do.

I have a parent getting the same warning today.

Post BSA #s or Scoutbook User ID #s and we can look

My BSA number is 128322311 and my SB number is 229109, I don’t know how to find the SB number for the other account… which I assume is the issue.

Welcome Charisse! I’m sure someone can help you here, the parent will need to get their numbers and post them.
