I’m apparently having the same issue according to a notice at the top of Scoutbook.
I don’t know what the duplicate member ID is, but when I’m signed into Scoutbook it says my member ID is 14426839. Could you help merge my accounts into the same member ID?
When I open up my scoutbook, it still has the “warning, another user is using the same email address…”. Is there still an issue? Thank you.

@BrennanKuhns Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children). In the “Relationships” section, you should be listed as parent only under BSA member number 14802566. They should remove you if you are listed as parent under any other numbers. Otherwise, your BSA numbers might get switched at Recharter.

@JonathanCopas well Scoutbook is cleaned up - but the SB Roster is not involved with recharter so all should be good
