I’m attempting to generate a report for the Scout Store by choosing the “Needs Purchasing” option under Reports. However, when I click on it, it just takes me back to my Dashboard. There are no items to Approve and there are 8 completed items with shopping carts under “Needs Awarding”. Is this a bug? I confirmed I have all required unit permissions in Scoutbook.
It looks like your Unit Advancement Chair functional role ended. Ask a Key 3 member to log in to my.scouting.org and go to Menu → Organization Security Manager and restore your Unit Advancement Chair functional role. This will be pushed to Scoutbook overnight and you should be able to use the Needs Purchasing report.
