Needs Purchasing Report now working properly

I recently took over the advancement chair for our unit and it appears I have the correct credentials to include the green shield next to my name. However, after approving the advancements, I’m unable to access the Needs Purchasing report - I click it on my report builder menu but the screen reverts back to my dashboard instead of showing me the items that have just been approved.

How do we fix this?

What I see in Scoutbook you only have a committee member position - a Key 3 needs to go to my.scouting.org > use Unit Security Manager > and make you unit advancement chair
