New Scout Disappeared

I had a new scout that just signed up. Accepted the application in Application Manager, he then showed up in Scoutbook as not being in a den. I assigned him to a den and then poof he’s just gone.
Member ID from my.scouting roster is 14281353.
Any help is appreciated!

@AlexanderGordon1 Hi Kip, Did you use the “Reassign Scouts” button on the den page to move the Scout into the den?

I believe I did it from the scout’s profile.

@AlexanderGordon1 I added the Scout back to your Pack Roster.

Try moving the Scout via the den page and using the “Reassign Scout(s)” button.
