If someone turned in a paper application to our unit, is there a way for me to submit the application online on their behalf or as a rep. of our unit?
I don’t want to ask them to do it all over, online but if I can input it myself that would be great!
No, you’d either be using someone else’s account (bad for multiple reasons) or you’d be ending up as a ‘parent’ to the scout, also bad. Closest you get is including an upload of the paper application into the recharter for the registrar to process.
And since paper uploads automatically trigger manual processing (i.e. slow down recharter processing), you might be better off submitting it after recharter is processed.
