No scouts listed despite being on roster when creating event in calendar

I’m creating a new calendar event. I selected my Pack but there are no members in the pack despite the roster being full of names. Here’s what I see. Can anyone help me figure out what’s the issue?

@AlexMa - try selecting an event type and giving the event a name.

Invitees are based on Event Type - to invite all use Pack Meeting
