Bug Fixes
Fixes for the following issues:
- Unable to upload new profile pic in PROD
- Fixed a number of issues with School field
- From SB Quick Entry, now updated so that the system goes to the activities page of the selected unit, not just to the top level IA URL.
- Edit Completion Date is fixed on Edit advancement modal on advancement requirements
- Rechartering ACH confirmation was failing

- Add System Upgrade message to IA
- A number of Text Messaging updates in IA for better integration into Scoutbook
