OA icon near profile name

I was looking over some of the scout profiles tonight and noticed that two of my 1st class scouts out of three have an OA icon next to their names while the other 1st class and star scout do not have the logo. They were not nominated in to the OA so why does this show up and how do I remove this from their profiles? Thank you. Stay safe.

Select Edit Profile, scroll down and turn off the OA slider.
