Only Adults on RSVP Report

I am running an RSVP report for an event and only the adults show up on the report.

When I click on the event on calendar and look at the invitees/atendees it shows 10 scouts and 6 adults.

Then I click on the RSVP Report at the bottom right, I click Include Yes only. The report then only shows the adults. No Scouts show up anywhere on the report.
