Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
In the RSVP report’s adult section, if Include is set to only Yes, the section still shows “No”, “No Reply” and “Not Invited” RSVPs.
Playing with the options, it seems the adult list is populated from whatever scouts are included in the report. I can perhaps understand that to be useful for Cub Scouts. For other unit types (troop in this case) it makes the report much longer. I print the report as our roster for weekend camps that require it, so it’s nice when I can fit it on one page front/back.
OK I see what you are saying - Let us talk - I think it needs some thought - I think half the purpose is to also know the Registered adults who said they would go - so they want them listed.
“I think half the purpose is to also know the Registered adults who said they would go - so they want them listed.” - agreed! If I select Include=Yes, I want to see all adults who were invited and responded Yes.
Also interesting… the adult listed as “No Reply” is marked as a parent without a leadership position but is one of my ASMs.
Running with all options selected produces below. Note that Andrew is listed as not invited, even though he’s RSVPed as Maybe. There are also various parents listed as not leaders who are registered (Lisa, Andy, Georgia are all committee members):
