I am the Scoutmaster and cannot see parents that RSVP’d when I run my report. I would like to know how I change this. I want to be able to see everyone on my report for my SPL to be able to take attendance before we leave for a campout.
Where the parents invited or just the scouts?

Yes, both leaders and adults were invited. I get a message when I run the report. “The user does not have sufficient permissions to include all respondents.”
@DawnPotts - is this just a troop event or are other units involved and included like the crew you are on the committee for ?
