I’m the Unit Advancement Chair. We want to track what Merit Badges Scouts have started. If I add the Merit Badge to the Scout’s Advancement record without adding a counselor, can the counselor access the record? Or would I have to add the counselor so they have access?
@DebraBertz - you would need to connect the counselor to the scout. Do keep in mind that not all counselors use scoutbook.
