Is there an online option for completing the Supernova Application signatures and submitting it?
@DarcyStaley - not that I am aware of as it needs signatures from unit up to Council.
Print it, sign it, scan and email.
Or, use an app such as Adobe Fill & Sign to sign and email without having to print and subsequently scan.
