Other leaders can't access my custom reports I created and shared

Custom Reports Not Visible to Other Leaders / Shared Reports Not Accessible

Hello,

I need assistance with an issue related to custom reports in Scoutbook.

I have created several custom reports and selected the option to save and share them with our pack’s leaders. However, my den leaders have confirmed that they cannot see or access any of the reports I’ve shared.

I’ve verified that the reports are marked as shared, but they still do not appear for other leaders in their Scoutbook accounts.

Could someone please help identify the cause or advise on how to resolve this?

@Steven16191103 - first thought is are they looking in the correct place ? Next, do they get an error when going to custom reports.. I know that is an issue at the moment.

This all fails into the Reports matrix that is being worked on - not all users will have the same access to Shared reports once it all settles out

Donovan, You’re the one that seems to have the most info on this topic. I understand that there will be unequal access once it’s working. I’m not asking to be a pain, but truly want to know how to advise the leaders in the Troop (that are frustrated…) - what’s a good estimate of when this functionality will be restored? Is this a quick fix, or a long-term fix, like months?

@CharlesSemple IT does not release timelines. It is being worked on.
