was happening over the weekend, cleared up last night and early this morning and now back that when i go to pack reports, it just comes back with “timeout error”
ETA: I may have misunderstood. Are you getting a timeout on the reports, or while trying to login?
As noted in the blue pinned banner for these forums, it’s a known issue that the Scouting America IT group is continuing to work with their vendors.
The report system is impacted by the my.scouting.org login ID issue.

i can log in and use scoutbook, but when i hit the “pack reports” link i get a small yellow box that says"timeout error"
@WilliamDesenberg - this is related to the backend system issues.
