Parent Can See Scout, but Not Payment Log

I have a parent in my troop who can see their scout’s account in Advancement.scouting.org. They can see everything about the account, but they can’t see the payments log.

I have dug around, but can’t seem to figure out how to resolve the issue.

@Stuart if it is SM having the issue (135342907) - you need to talk to council registrar as the relationships are messed up - she is both Mother and daughter of AM

It isn’t the Scoutmaster. This is just a regular scout, parent isn’t in any leadership position with the troop.

But it sounds like there is some weird issues I need to talk to the Council about.

@Stuart - SM was the initials of the parent not SM as in scoutmaster
